What counts as a delivery credit?
Each email or SMS notification sent consumes one delivery credit. If an alert rule fires and notifies three recipients, that uses three credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Credits reset on your billing anniversary each month.
Do I need a WeatherLink account?
Yes. WL Alert connects to WeatherLink’s official API, so you need an active WeatherLink account and at least one registered station to use the service.
Is SMS available on all plans?
SMS delivery is available on Pro and Business plans. Free and Starter plans support email alerts only.
