🔴 Important — Delivery credit counting updated — each individual recipient notification now correctly counts as one credit regardless of channel. Previously, SMS and email to the same recipient on the same rule was counted as one credit. This has been corrected.
🟡 Fix — Resolved an issue where stations with special characters in their WeatherLink names caused rule creation to fail
🟡 Fix — Fixed a bug where the Business plan rule limit was displaying as 100 instead of the correct 200

🟡 Fix — Fixed an edge case where a rule set to less than 0 for rainfall could fire incorrectly when no rainfall data was reported by the station

🟢 Planned — Rule scheduling — set time windows for when alert rules are active, e.g. active only during daytime hours or during the work week
🟢 Planned — Multi-threshold rules — trigger a single alert only when two or more conditions are met simultaneously, e.g. Heat Index above 40°C AND UV Index above 8
🟢 Planned — Alert escalation — automatically escalate to a secondary recipient if the primary recipient does not acknowledge an alert within a set time window
