  • You can revoke access at any time by removing your credentials from WL Alert or by regenerating your API key in your WeatherLink account settings

5. SMS and Email Delivery

To deliver SMS alerts, WL Alert uses a third-party SMS gateway service. When an alert fires, the alert message and the recipient’s mobile number are transmitted to this gateway solely for the purpose of delivering the text message. The gateway provider is not permitted to use this data for any other purpose.

Email alert delivery is handled through a transactional email service provider. Recipient email addresses are transmitted to this provider only at the time of alert delivery and are not used for any other purpose.

WL Alert does not sell, rent, or share recipient contact details — email addresses or mobile numbers — with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Sharing of Information

WL Alert does not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited and specific circumstances:
