SMS Network Compatibility
Not sure if WL Alert’s SMS gateway supports your mobile network — especially if you are outside the Philippines? Send us your country and mobile carrier and we will check delivery compatibility for your network before you commit to a paid plan.
Technical Support
- Experiencing an issue with your alert rules, API connection, SMS delivery, or account settings? Include the following in your message so we can investigate quickly:Your registered email address or account username
- The name of the station and rule affected
- A description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- The approximate date and time the issue occurred
- Any error messages you saw — a screenshot is always helpful
Custom Plan or Pricing Negotiation
The standard pricing tiers on our Plans page are designed to cover most use cases — but we know they do not fit everyone. If you are a school, a community farm, an agricultural cooperative, a research institution, or an organization with a specific budget or operational need, reach out before deciding WL Alert is not for you.
We are open to negotiation. We are open to a custom quote. We would rather find a plan that genuinely works for both sides than lose a user over a pricing mismatch. Tell us about your setup, your station count, and what you need — and we will work something out.
Feature Request or Feedback
Have an idea that would make WL Alert more useful for your operation? Noticed something that could work better? We genuinely want to hear it. User feedback directly shapes what gets built next on the platform. Be as specific as possible — the more detail you give us, the better we can evaluate and prioritize the request.
Bug Report
Found something that is not working as expected? Please report it. Include what you were doing when the issue occurred, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. Screenshots and screen recordings are extremely helpful. Every bug report is investigated and tracked.

When to Expect a Response
We aim to respond to all messages within one business day. During periods of high volume, responses may take up to two business days. Technical support issues and billing concerns are treated as priority and responded to as quickly as possible.

WL Alert is operated from the Philippines. Our primary focus is serving Davis WeatherLink users across the Philippine archipelago, though we support users internationally. All communication is handled in English.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST, UTC+8). Messages received outside business hours are answered on the next business day.
